If we have Mad Max style Thunderdomes placed all over the capital to settle political debates we would have a more disciplined government. "Two men enter, one man leaves!" (but you can have a girl version also). I'm thinking Westminster and the O2. Also, follow up idea is The Wheel Of Misfortune for dishing out punishments, "Break a deal, spin the wheel!". I'm thinking the London Eye.

London is full of beautiful architecture and as a result we should remove all buildings that do not do the city justice.
